Unexpected hotel shuffle

The staff made moving hotels easier and were cheerful despite the chaos. The room at Lucky 8 was spacious and met our needs perfectly.

we were shuffled from hotel to hotel with no explanation. Breakfast was disappointing and not what was promised.

Consider upgrading the room decor for a fresher look!!! Room sizes can feel cramped, particularly for families or groups. Address the noise disturbances and ensure hot water availability—guests deserve a restful stay!!!

the location is super convenient, just a few mins walk to the rail station n ilford centre. breakfast was included n it was actually good, not greasy at all! rooms were cozy n warm, cleaned every day with fresh towels. staff were really friendly n helpful too.

but the shower was kinda slippery n the walls are thin, could hear noise from next door when they snored. also, had to cross the street twice for key issues, which was annoying.

staying here was a much better experience than my last trip to london. the location was super convenient, just a few minutes walk from the rail station. the clean and cozy room really exceeded my expectations!

Had a great time with friends exploring the nightlife! We hit up some awesome bars and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere. The hotel was in a good location, making it easy to access all the hot spots. It was a fantastic group getaway filled with laughter and memorable moments.

The only downside was the issue with the room service. it was frustrating to wait longer than expected for our dinner and drinks, which impacted our evening plans.

the best western is just a few minutes walk to the rail station, which is super convenient. the friendly staff really made us feel welcomed. also, we enjoyed the excellent free wifi during our stay. it was easy to get around, perfect for our needs.

Perfect for a budget stay

So we were there for 3 nights in a small double room. It was clean and cheap, which is all we needed. The staff were super friendly, helping us out whenever we had a question. The bar area was nice for grabbing a drink after a long day. Only bummer was the room had a bit of that old smell. Just a heads up!
